GOOD TO KNOW

Everything you need for the ride.

1

Before delivery

Check the date, agreed delivery arrangements and exact address in your booking confirmation. Have your original ID available for the agreed identity check when we hand over the bike.

2

Find your fit

Each rider will be matched to a suitable frame using their height and the bike model. We'll adjust the saddle and check that helmets fit properly when handing over the equipment.

3

Using pedal assistance

Your comfort e-bike uses a Bosch pedal-assist motor. You can choose an assistance mode to suit the terrain and your comfort. The available modes depend on the exact bike and display; we'll show you how to switch between them before you set off.

4

Parking and securing your bike

Use the supplied lock whenever you leave the bicycle unattended. Secure the frame to a fixed, suitable bicycle stand or other permitted secure anchor point; remove valuables and never leave the bike unsecured overnight.

5

Helmets and children

Helmets are included. Please provide a head circumference for each rider who needs one. Children's seats and cargo passenger arrangements must comply with the specific equipment's age, size, weight and restraint limits.

6

Collection and support

Have the bike and accessories ready at the agreed collection address and time. If anything goes wrong during your rental, contact Brisa Bikes using the information in your booking confirmation.
